The packages or weight are incorrect

• Packages and weight can be changed by the manifesting party before arrival. Overtype with the correct details on the MA screen, input ‘C’ in the action field and enter.

The MUCR needs to change to different flight

• Before arrival the manifesting party can change. Call up the MUCR on the MA screen. Overtype with the new flight details and enter ‘C’ in the action field and enter.
• After arrival you will need to contact the shed to make the change for you. The shed can only change to a flight departing from same shed.

MUCR does not show against flight on FM screen

• Enter the MUCR into the MA screen and check the correct flight details have been added, and that it is for the correct date.

Error on MA screen ‘Consolidation status prohibits action’

• This indicates the MUCR needs to be closed. This can be actioned in either CNS screen MU or CHIEF screen AEAC.

Error on MA screen ‘E408 Unique Consignment reference does not exist’

• Check the MUCR exists in the CHIEF system, and that the MUCR entered into CNS matches this exactly.

How do I reprint X2 or P2?

• Enter the CHIEF system and input your MUCR into the AEXD screen. Commit without making any changes and this will produce a copy print.
