Why am I not receiving a copy of the E2 print?

Version 04A of CHIEF will only produce a print such as E2 is the print is requested.

As detailed in CHIEF Technical Interface Specification DES 238, 'acceptance' report messages will be produced if PROC-INST "ACC" is declared.
