Transport Operators can:
✔ Create the Goods Movement Record GMR & Pre-Boarding notification PBN directly in BEEMS
✔ Linking operators drivers to share GMR & PBN status information received from relevant authorities
✔ Save incomplete GMR & PBN drafts, edit and correct. Driver will receive automatic status updates

Transport Operator will receive via Email/Web notification:
✔ GMR & PBN ready to check In
✔ GMR & PBN is checked In
✔ GMR & PBN has embarked on the crossing
✔ Inspection required or movement is free to proceed
Driver will receive via SMS:
✔ Unique GMR & PBN for the movement
✔ Notification to proceed to check in at ferry terminal
✔ Notification if an inspection is required or not prior to disembarking
