✔ Linking operators drivers to share GMR & PBN status information received from relevant authorities
✔ Save incomplete GMR & PBN drafts, edit and correct. Driver will receive automatic status updates
Transport Operator will receive via Email/Web notification:
✔ GMR & PBN ready to check In
✔ GMR & PBN is checked In
✔ GMR & PBN has embarked on the crossing
✔ Inspection required or movement is free to proceed
Driver will receive via SMS:
✔ Unique GMR & PBN for the movement
✔ Notification to proceed to check in at ferry terminal
✔ Notification if an inspection is required or not prior to disembarking

Pre-lodgement, using the UK Goods Vehicle Movement Service, GVMS. (HMRC Border Operating Model July 2020).
Invoices are payable by Direct Debit which will be collected 30 days after the invoice date.
Tariff can be changed with 30 days’ notice. Requests to change tariff must be given in writing via email.
Overages will be charged via monthly invoice in arrears.
All fees are subject to annual price review and regulatory increases.
